Seminar Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your registration up to five (5) business days before the seminar, we will refund your registration fee less a $25 processing charge. Registrants canceling less than five business days before the seminar will forfeit their full registration fee.

When a scheduled seminar is cancelled by iHelp Connect, registrants will receive a full refund or may apply their seminar fee to another iHelp Connect seminar. Seminars with fewer than 10 registrants will be cancelled or rescheduled. Any seminar may be cancelled at the discretion of iHelp Connect.

Custom Digital Imaging Cancellation Policy

iHelp Connect will discuss your specific digital imaging project with you prior to beginning the work on your project. Once you have agreed to have iHelp Connect commence a digital imaging project, full pay is expected for the all work agreed to including custom image work, printing, framing and shipping as outlined in the contract. The contract terms will be emailed to you in advance and returned by you via email to iHelp Connect before work on your project begins.
